Questions? We have answers. These are our most commonly asked questions with answers posted here to help make the process easier.

Ordering and Payment FAQs

To place an order you can either send in your request online, call, or email us with what you are needing. We will get back to you with a final quote including freight and sales tax for approval.

If approved you can either send us a purchase order or fill out the order placement form on the back of the quote.

From there we will send you an electronic invoice that can be paid via credit card or ach.

Once the material is paid for, we will set up shipping.

We accept all major credit cards, ach payment, and checks.

For used pallet racking payment is required in advance. If you are going to buy new pallet racking we can do terms of net 10 days from time of shipment. To request terms, please send credit references to sales@southeastpalletrack.com

Minimum Order Size is $150 in Material.

Freight for Pallet Racking is very difficult to automatically generate through the website. We want to get you the best rate possible so once you submit your request, we will send you a final quote with freight included.

Yes. If you want to ship collect please enter in your account information when you submit your request.

Upon shipment of your order a Southeast Pallet Rack representative will send you tracking information for your order.

The shipping method we use depends on what you order and what you're unloading method is. Your product may ship on a flatbed or in a closed van depending on the size of the order. If you require a liftgate, please specify that in your order. If there is any damage on the products upon arrival, please do not sign off on delivery. While this rarely happens, some circumstances are out of our control.

If you had Southeast Pallet Rack Coordinate Your Freight:

Be sure to make a detailed note on the receiving record that the freight arrived damaged and notify us as soon as possible. The signed delivery receipt represents your acceptance of the complete order in good order. If you fail to specify that your order arrived damaged or was missing pieces on the receiving record, there is little to nothing we can do to help you file a freight claim. You will also be responsible for any concealed (inside the packaging damages) not reported to Southeast Pallet Rack within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order was shipped to you freight collect:

Please refuse the order and file a freight claim with the freight company.

It is imperative that you take photos of the damaged item(s) and email the photos to sales@southeastpalletrack.com before calling. Be sure to include a description of the problem in the email.

The shipping origin of your order depends on what order you purchase. We have multiple stocking locations throughout the southeast.

Yes, we do! What's listed on this website is just our online essential catalog of pallet racking. We do pallet rack systems like drive in, pallet flow, pushback, cantilever rack, and carton flow rack. We have additional brands and custom sizes that we can get you pricing on upon request. We also provide products such as industrial shelving, warehouse mezzanines, wire fencing, guard rail, in plant offices and more!

*All Returns Must Be Pre-Approved And Accompanied By A Returned Goods Approval (RGA) Form*

The RGA must fully detail the reason for the return request and must also provide a listing of all goods being returned. Once an RGA is approved, the goods must be received within 15 days. Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the buyer and freight arrangements for all returned items should be prepaid unless otherwise specified and approved by Southeast Pallet Rack. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer unless pre-approved by Southeast Pallet Rack.

There will be a restocking charge on returns for new items purchased provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Certain custom-made or specialty orders may require additional charges or may not be able to be returned. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted unless an extended warranty has been purchased and the materials have been determined by Southeast Pallet Rack to be defective.

Yes we do! We have several professional crews that install pallet racking for us full time. They have the experience and expertise to complete your job professionally and quickly.

We do! A representative will be happy to come to your facility and provide recommendations on what in your pallet racking system needs to be replaced for safety reasons.

We do! Not all jobs require permits, but Southeast Pallet Rack has the experience to know when a project needs to be permitted and the tools to get it done.
